Subject of thesis is: Civil and Criminal Liability of Bewitched Person
Actions the used approach is Applied Juristic Study which included the
magic matters that related to the research, the bewitched person, impact
degrees, proofing and applying all results on Civil and Criminal Liability
of Bewitched Person Actions.
The thesis consists of an introduction; six chapters included abstract
which lead to the crux, and conclusion.
The Introduction: included reasons of choice this subject, approach of
this research.
Abstract: included one chapter which explains the most important
matters about magic.
The Thesis Crux: included six chapters which explain the most
important matters of the bewitched person volition and proofing,
applying Civil and Criminal Liability about this matter in terms of
jurisprudence, another chapter related with Judicial Applications.
Conclusion: included the most important results of the research subject. |
